Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives
  • Oversee the creation and execution of creative content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement
  • Own lead generation activities
  • Coordinate PR efforts, maintaining strong media relationships and promoting the company’s positive image
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Manage and mentor a team of professional writers, designers, and marketers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data driven recommendations for optimizations

 

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the enterprise technology industry space
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience in PR management and media relations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
