Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy and Design:

• Design and implement test strategies for complex applications, ensuring test coverage across both web and mobile platforms (Android, iOS).
• Define testing standards, methods, and processes to ensure consistency in testing across different projects.
• Oversee the design of test cases and scenarios, ensuring that all functional and non-functional requirements are covered.

Test Planning and Execution:

• Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of tests across web and mobile applications.
• Manage testing efforts for third-party integrations (ERP, CRM, HRMS) to ensure seamless functionality.
• Conduct regression, performance, security, and load testing, utilizing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and OWASP ZAP.

Manual & Automation Testing:

• Perform both manual and automated testing to verify application functionality, scalability, and security and performance testing.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, and other automation tools.
• Implement automation best practices and continually enhance the test automation framework.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Work with the fresher to ensure all key functionalities are tested.

Client Communication:

• Act as the key technical contact for clients, providing detailed insights on QA processes and progress.
• Deliver comprehensive test reports, focusing on identified issues, risks, and recommendations.
• Lead discussions on quality improvements and testing methodologies with stakeholders and clients.

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Lead the QA team by mentoring junior testers and guiding them in both manual and automation testing techniques.
• Oversee and coordinate the team’s efforts in testing, while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Support other teams in cross-functional project work, acting as a subject matter expert when needed.

Collaboration in Agile Environments:

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
Foster close collaboration with development and product teams, ensuring a streamlined testing process.
